Persona Grata New South Wales Di Vertigan - Managing Director Our team at Persona Grata Consulting is headed by Di Vertigan. Di has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry, having worked in surgical sales, sales management and marketing, and ethical products marketing. Added to this is two years' agency experience, selling into a range of pharmaceutical companies, and six years in healthcare recruitment. This background provides a solid knowledge of the healthcare industry, and creates the platform for identifying and understanding the different corporate cultures and assessing the skill sets required to be successful within those environments.

Amanda Gan - Manager
Amanda Gan leads our healthcare recruitment team in Queensland . Amanda has an Honours degree in Natural Sciences, majoring in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. Amanda worked in the dynamic UK pharmaceutical market as both a GP and Hospital Specialist Representative, with a leading, global, R&D based pharmaceutical company. In August 2000, Amanda relocated to Australia , spending the first 12 months working for a conservation oriented, not-for-profit organisation in far north Queensland . She then commenced her recruitment career, developing significant expertise in the highly specialised healthcare market. Amanda has a very sound understanding of the Australian healthcare industry and a well established reputation as the leading healthcare recruiter in Queensland.
Persona Grata Victoria
Debra Rudov - Manager Deb Rudov established and manages our Victorian office. She has an Honours degree in Microbiology and began her career in the laboratory, before progressing into scientific sales. Since that time, Deb has worked in recruitment, focusing on the healthcare market, recruiting both permanent and contract roles, across her key specialty areas - sales, marketing, management and medical. Through her many years in healthcare recruitment in Victoria, Deb has developed a broad network across both candidates and companies and a thorough understanding of what it takes to be successful in this industry.
